About The Role

The Big Click Media


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    End-to-End execution of campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Data Analysis & Tracking:

  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    to set up conversion tracking and pixels.
  • Deep dive into

    Google Analytics (GA4)

    to analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Optimization:

    Constant A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
  • Reporting:

    Generate clear, data-backed reports for clients to explain performance.



The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience:

    3–4 years of proven experience in running profitable ad campaigns.
  • Language:

    Fluent/Native Marathi speaker

    (Required for internal communication).
  • Technical Skills (Must Have):

    Strong command over Google Tag Manager and GA4. You must know how to track what you spend.
  • Industry:

    Experience with Healthcare or D2C brands is highly preferred.
