What You Will Create (Responsibilities)

Commercial Ad Creatives:
Design high-converting creatives for Facebook/Google Ads. You understand the difference between a "pretty post" and a "post that sells."
Vernacular Typography:
You must have excellent command over
Marathi Typography
. We need creatives that look premium and modern, even in regional languages.
Layout & Composition:
Create balanced, eye-catching layouts for social media, brochures, and digital banners.
Image Manipulation:
High-quality photo editing, color grading, and retouching (crucial for medical/cosmetic clients where visuals must be flawless).
AI Integration:
You should be
AI-tool friendly
. We encourage the use of AI (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic) to speed up workflows and brainstorm ideas.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)

The Aesthetic:
You have a "Premium" design sense. You know how to use white space and clean fonts to create a trustworthy look (essential for Healthcare).
Technical Skills:
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Basic knowledge of video/motion tools is a bonus.
Experience:
Experience working with
Healthcare, Service-based, or Product-based (D2C)
brands is a major plus.
Portfolio:
You
MUST
have a portfolio. We want to see your typography and layout skills in action.
