Must know tools - Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager. Optional tools - LinkedIn Ads, Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Looker Studio, etc. This is a full-time position based out of Gurugram (Haryana), India, wherein the candidate will be managing multiple paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms. As a specialist of performance marketing, you will create, execute, and manage paid campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth for our clients. Roles and Responsibilities:  Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.  Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on datadriven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. Prepare weekly, monthly, campaign-wise reports.  Identify performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.  Study client’s digital eco-system and share recommendations to improve the same, if required.  Conduct competitor & keyword research. Creating paid media strategies and plans for existing and potential clients.  Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.  Work with other teams to test strategies, share insights, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
