Paid Media Marketing Specialist (Web3/Crypto)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance-driven paid media campaigns for Web3 and crypto clients. Launch and manage ads on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and crypto-specific networks (e.g., CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, DappRadar). Set up and manage display ads, banner placements, and sponsored content across Web3 communities. Track and optimize key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CAC, and ROI. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations based on campaign performance. Stay up to date on advertising policies related to Web3 and cryptocurrency platforms. Identify and engage with advertising opportunities through crypto influencers and communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, etc. Required Skills: 12 years of experience in paid media marketing, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or fintech. Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with crypto ad networks such as Coinzilla, CoinTraffic, or similar platforms is a plus. Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals: blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, crypto exchanges. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and passion for the fast-evolving crypto space.
