Paid Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO and organic social media strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other advertising platforms.
