Paid Media Manager

As a Digital Media Manager, your primary purpose will be to create a comprehensive Digital Media strategy covering all Digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for listening to clients, understanding their needs, and developing a Strategy that aligns with their objectives. Your role will include designing Digital Media Strategy encompassing Bought, Owned, and Earned media, and formulating media investment strategies to achieve clients" short-term and long-term goals. You will create a Creative Media Plan by selecting appropriate channels, formats, and placements within the clients" budget. Additionally, you will present media proposals, monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality audience targeting for all clients. Your key responsibilities and deliverables will include: - Designing a Digital Media Strategy covering all Digital touchpoints - Framing media investment strategies for clients - Building a Creative Media Plan with the right channels, formats, and placements - Presenting media proposals and assisting clients in finalizing their advertising strategy - Monitoring Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings - Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records - Analyzing team performance and providing feedback - Staying updated with industry news and trends - Providing training to ensure the team is well-equipped - Attending team meetings and contributing to account performance Requirements for this role: - Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Paid Media Manager in the Digital Industry - Broad knowledge of media channels - Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Analytical mindset with proficiency in statistics and math - Strong decision-making abilities - Understanding of the programmatic landscape - Proficiency in platform functioning and key metrics Your role as a Digital Media Manager will be crucial in developing effective Digital Media strategies and ensuring successful client campaigns.,
