Paid Media Manager

As a Digital Media Manager, your primary purpose will be to create and execute a comprehensive Digital Media strategy that encompasses all Digital touch points. You will be responsible for listening to clients, understanding their needs, and developing a Strategy that aligns with their objectives by selecting the appropriate media and style. Your major responsibilities and deliverables will include: - Designing a Digital Media Strategy covering Bought, Owned, and Earned touch points to support clients" short-term and long-term goals - Formulating media investment strategies within clients" budgets and crafting Creative Media Plans by choosing the right channels, formats, and placements for client campaigns - Presenting comprehensive media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, to assist clients in making informed decisions about their advertising strategy - Monitoring Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business opportunities and enhance current offerings - Managing budgets, tracking advertising spends, and ensuring quality audience targeting for all clients - Analyzing team performance, providing feedback, sharing innovative ideas, and staying updated with industry news and trends - Conducting trainings to ensure the team is updated and aligned with the latest practices - Active participation in team meetings and contributing feedback and suggestions for improving account performance Requirements for this role include: - Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Paid media Manager in the Digital Industry - Profound knowledge of various media channels and campaign evaluation metrics - Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills with a knack for statistics and math - Effective decision-making capabilities and a broad understanding of the programmatic landscape - Familiarity with platform functioning and key metrics to drive successful digital media campaigns Your expertise and strategic approach will play a crucial role in crafting impactful Digital Media strategies and driving successful outcomes for our clients.,
