Paid Media Executive

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and be comfortable working with budgets, creatives, and data to drive results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for better ROI
• Create audience targeting strategies and funnel-based campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives
• Stay updated with platform policies and latest advertising trends

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Understanding of KPIs like CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversions
• Experience with campaign testing, scaling, and optimization
• Basic understanding of landing pages and tracking
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
