About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive with proven experience in closing high-value deals for website development, app development, and digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking. Research and target potential industries, businesses, and decision-makers aligned with our service offerings. Maintain and update CRM with daily outreach and lead status. Sales Pitch & Consultation Present company services confidently and convincingly to prospects. Understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing or web development solutions. Conduct online or face-to-face meetings to discuss project goals, timelines, and budgets. Research & Strategy Conduct industry and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve sales approach. Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and market positioning. Quotation & Proposal Management Prepare custom quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to each client’s requirements. Coordinate with the technical and creative teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Closing & Account Management Handle negotiations, address objections, and close deals confidently. Ensure smooth project handover to operations or project management teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients for renewals and upselling opportunities. Follow-Ups & Reporting Consistently follow up with leads and maintain engagement until closure. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates for management. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development for web, app, or digital marketing agencies. Strong understanding of website design, development, SEO, social media marketing, and Google Ads. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confident in cold calling, emailing, and virtual pitching. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow through with discipline. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about closing deals. Preferred Experience Minimum 2–4 years of experience in agency or IT sales. Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly revenue targets. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Role Overview We're seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller / Lead Qualification Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales. Your role will focus on reaching out to potential clients via phone and email, qualifying leads generated from campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email outreach), and booking appointments for our website sales consultants. You'll be the first point of contact for businesses exploring website development services making your communication and consultative approach key to success. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introduce website design & development services, and identify their needs. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team. Follow up on warm leads generated via ads, social media, and email campaigns. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM or lead management tools. Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, follow-ups, appointments). Send structured email follow-ups and coordinate with sales executives for smooth handovers. Understand service offerings, basic website features, and pricing to communicate confidently with prospects. ?
