Paid Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy and visuals.
• Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and user engagement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising features.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns.
• Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter), and other niche platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
