Asimov Robotics is offering exciting internship opportunities for motivated individuals passionate about robotics. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience by working on real-world robotics projects alongside experienced engineers and designers.

We are currently looking for interns both in Software and Robot Design. Mention your area of interest in the application.

Location: Kottarakara

Duration: 6 months

Type: Full-time Internship

Software Skill and Qualification Requirement :

B.Tech in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields

Basic proficiency in Python, C++ or C

Understanding of robotics fundamentals (sensors, actuators, control systems)

Familiarity with ROS1/ROS2 basics (nodes, topics, services, etc.)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

Good to Have :

Experience with Gazebo, RViz

Exposure to Git or version control systems

Projects/coursework in robotics (SLAM, path planning, manipulator control)

Basic Linux and command-line knowledge

Design Skill and Qualification Requirement :

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields

Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Fusion 360

Strong understanding of mechanical fundamentals (kinematics, tolerancing, materials, motion systems, etc.)

Basic knowledge of robotic systems and integration with electronics/software

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Good communication and documentation skills

Good to Have:

Experience in design for manufacturing (DFM) or rapid prototyping (3D printing, etc.)

Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., FEA in SolidWorks or Fusion 360)

Academic/personal projects involving robotic mechanisms
