Paid Campaign Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Shopping Ads

  .
• Develop and optimize

  ad copies, CTAs, and creatives

  for maximum engagement and conversions.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Implement advanced

  optimization techniques

  to reduce CPL/CPA while maximizing ROI.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure effective

  landing page optimization

  .
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, suggesting actionable improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest

  platform policies, bidding strategies, and industry best practices

  .

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of hands-on experience

  in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Strong working knowledge of

  Meta Ads Manager

  and YouTube campaigns.
• Proven experience in

  ad copywriting, keyword targeting, and campaign optimization

  .
• Proficiency in

  A/B testing, copy optimization, and landing page optimization

  .
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates with

  healthcare and education campaign experience

  will be given priority.
• Based in

  Kolkata

  and open to a

  hybrid working model

  .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Google Ads Certification(s).
• Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
