Paid Campaign Intern

Job Title: Paid Campaign Intern Location: BTM Layout, 1st Stage Department: Marketing / Performance Marketing Duration: 4-6 months Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Campaign Intern to join our performance marketing team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in managing and optimising digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Track campaign performance and compile weekly performance reports. Support A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign assets. Learn and work with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other PPC platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
