Bluetris Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT consulting and staffing company based in Jaipur, India. We specialize in providing skilled contract-based resources, consulting, and digital transformation services to clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. We're looking for an experienced performance marketer to lead our paid ad efforts and scale lead generation across platforms.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on generating B2B leads for IT staffing, consulting, and project-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns on Google and LinkedIn tailored for IT staffing and consulting.
  • Create ad strategies segmented by target region (US, EU, UAE) and service vertical (Staffing, Consulting, Offshore Teams).
  • Develop and manage TOFU/MOFU/BOFU campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Set up search, display, remarketing, and lead form campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Launch LinkedIn campaigns using lead gen forms, sponsored content, and message ads.
  • Perform keyword research, bidding strategy planning, and ad grouping.
  • Creative & Content Collaboration:
  • Work with the design/content team to create compelling creatives, ad copies, and landing page briefs.
  • Optimization & Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and continuously optimize ads for performance.
  • Run A/B testing on creatives, ad texts, and targeting.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Audience Targeting & Lead Quality:
  • Build effective audience personas for C-level, VP, Director roles.
  • Use negative keywords and precise job/title/industry filters to improve lead quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record in generating B2B leads in the IT consulting/staffing industry.
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, campaign structuring, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and remarketing strategy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and conversion tracking setup.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads certifications.
  • Prior experience working with offshore or remote IT service companies.
  • Understanding of hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time staffing).
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
