Job Description

We’re searching for a smart, detail-oriented Paid Ads Specialist who can plan, launch, and scale campaigns across multiple countries—without losing sight of the numbers that truly matter.This role goes far beyond boosting posts or adjusting a few bids. You’ll architect full-funnel, ROI-focused campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, PPC, Email, and more. Your mission?

Drive qualified traffic, generate conversion-ready leads, build meaningful engagement, and deliver measurable, client-winning ROI.

What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

1. Build Strategies That Actually Work

  • Create customized paid marketing strategies aligned with client goals, budget, and audience insights.
  • Combine Google Ads, Social Ads, Email, and PPC into a powerful, integrated performance ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute ROI-focused campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

2. Manage, Optimize & Scale Campaigns

  • Launch, manage, and fine-tune daily campaigns to maintain high performance.
  • Quickly optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and budget allocation.
  • Confidently handle all Google Ads formats—Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App Campaigns, and more.

3. Let Data Guide Every Decision

  • Analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports that highlight wins, gaps, and next steps.
  • Solve problems at the root level through analytical thinking + creative execution

4. Manage Budgets Like They’re Your Own

  • Take full ownership of client ad spends—track, analyze, and maximize every rupee.
  • Reallocate budgets smartly to achieve the best possible ROI and scalability.

5. Collaborate & Communicate Like a Pro

  • Work closely with design, content, and strategy teams to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns
  • Communicate insights, performance data, and ideas clearly and confidently in English.
  • Stay proactive and adaptable—even when priorities shift or campaigns need fast action.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in paid advertising or performance marketing.
  • Proven success managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, PPC, and Email.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
