Job Description

We’re searching for a sharp-eyed and big-thinking Paid Ads Specialist who can run and scale campaigns for different countries without losing sight of the details that matter most.

You won’t just be boosting posts or tweaking bids-you’ll be engineering performance across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, PPC, email, and beyond. Your mission?
Drive targeted traffic, generate quality leads, ignite engagement, and deliver real ROI that makes clients smile.

What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)1. Build Strategies That Actually Work

  • Craft custom paid marketing roadmaps aligned with client goals, audience insights, and budgets.
  • Think multi-platform, not one-size-fits-all-blend Google Ads + Social Ads + Email + Bing + PPC into a connected paid ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads products with a performance-first mindset.

2. Manage, Optimize, Scale, Repeat

  • Launch and manage high-performance social and search ad campaigns day-to-day.
  • Monitor performance and take action quickly-optimize audience targeting, bidding, ad copy, landing experience, and budget allocation like a pro.
  • Run all major Google Ad formats-Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App, and more confidently.

3. Let Data Tell the Story

  • Dive deep into metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and uncover opportunities others might miss.
  • Prepare clear, insight-packed reports that explain what’s working, what needs change, and why.
  • Blend analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to fix root-cause issues, not just symptoms.

4. Spend Wisely. Earn Smartly.

  • Own client ad budgets responsibly-track spend, adjust flows, and optimize every rupee for maximum ROI.
  • Reallocate budgets based on performance to deliver cost-effective and scalable results.

5. Collaborate Like It Matters

  • Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure paid campaigns and organic channels amplify each other.
  • Communicate ideas and results clearly with strong English skills (written + spoken).
  • Stay proactive, even with minimal guidance, and stay calm when navigating uncertainty or evolving campaign needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
