Packing Supervisor

As the Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire packaging process, ensuring that products are efficiently and safely packed according to quality standards and customer requirements. You will lead the packaging team, handling tasks such as hiring, training, and evaluating performance. It will be your responsibility to monitor and optimize packaging processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In terms of quality control, you will be tasked with monitoring product quality, identifying any issues during the packaging process, and maintaining proper packaging and labeling standards. You will implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product integrity. Your role will also involve team leadership, where you will supervise and motivate packing team members, provide training on packaging techniques, and address any concerns raised by the team promptly. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of packaging activities and ensure timely completion of all relevant documentation. Safety is a top priority in this role, requiring you to create a safe work environment, follow safety protocols, and report any hazards or incidents. Collaboration with other departments such as production, quality control, and shipping will be essential to ensure smooth operations. Effective communication with stakeholders to address issues or concerns will also be a key aspect of this position. This is a full-time position based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging. The schedule is day shift with the added benefit of Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The ability to reliably commute or relocate to Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, is necessary for this in-person role.,
