Packing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire packaging process, from receiving materials to shipping finished products.
• Ensure products are packed efficiently and safely, meeting quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage the packaging team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Quality Control:
• Monitor product quality and identify any issues or discrepancies during the packaging process.
• Ensure all products are properly packaged and labeled according to company standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and motivate packing team members, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and safely.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on proper packaging techniques and procedures.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by team members in a timely manner.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including batch records, SOPs, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Safety:
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to packaging operations.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and shipping, to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
