Packing staffs

• Preparing Items for Packing:Inspecting items for damage, ensuring they are complete, and selecting appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move boxes.
• Organizational Skills: Keeping the packing area tidy and managing inventory efficiently.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other packers and warehouse staff.
• Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and report issues clearly.
• Basic Math Skills: For weighing items and calculating quantities.
• Experience with Packing Equipment: (Optional) Knowledge of pallet wrappers, forklifts, or other relevant machinery.
• Understanding of Safety Procedures: Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and handling of materials.
• Packing and Sealing:Carefully wrapping items, placing them in appropriate containers, and sealing them securely with tape or other methods.
• Labeling and Documentation:Applying correct labels with shipping information, tracking numbers, and other necessary details.
• Maintaining Inventory:Keeping track of packing materials and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Work Area:Ensuring the packing station is free of clutter and hazards.
• Loading/Unloading (sometimes):Assisting with loading packed items onto trucks or other transportation.
• Following Safety Procedures:Adhering to company safety guidelines and protocols for handling materials and operating equipment.
• Reporting Issues:Notifying supervisors of any damaged items, discrepancies, or safety concerns.

Pay: ₹18,886.00 - ₹30,690.35 per month
