Responsibilities: Packing: Packing items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Weighing and Labeling: Weighing packages and labeling them accurately with shipping information. Quality Control: Inspecting packages for damage and ensuring they meet quality standards. Paperwork: Filling out packing forms, order forms, and maintaining records of shipments. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and organizing shipping containers. Assisting with Loading/Unloading: Assisting in loading and unloading shipments. Following Procedures: Adhering to company procedures and safety regulations. Staying Organized: Keeping track of inventory and ensuring products are properly organized and accessible. Collaborating with Others: Working with warehouse staff, quality control, and shipping departments. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in packing.
