Packing & Logistic Coordinator

As a Packing & Logistics Coordinator at Autocontrol Process Instrumentation (API), your role involves managing end-to-end packing, dispatch, and logistics processes for domestic and international shipments. Your responsibilities include: - Planning and executing packing operations according to product, customer, and country-specific requirements. - Managing dispatch coordination for both domestic and export consignments. - Preparing and verifying shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, Certificate of Origin, LUT, and other export formalities. - Coordinating with transporters, freight forwarders, and CHA for smooth shipment execution. - Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers. - Ensuring adherence to packaging quality, safety norms, and material handling standards. - Collaborating with Stores, PPC, and QA teams to meet delivery schedules. - Maintaining accurate records of packed and dispatched items for audits and MIS. - Ensuring compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other applicable regulations. To excel in this role, you should have: - Education: Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent; certification in export-import preferred. - Experience: 5+ years in packing and logistics handling for both domestic and international markets, preferably in industrial products. - Technical Know-how: Knowledge of Incoterms, HSN codes, packaging standards, and logistics cost optimization. - Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (Tally/SAP), MS Excel, and shipping portals. - Soft Skills: Attention to detail, coordination, documentation accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
