About Us: Lal Sweets is a leading name in the Indian traditional sweets and snacks segment, known for its quality, innovation, and authenticity. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist Intern to support our packaging design and development team.

Role Overview:

As a Packaging Specialist Intern, you will assist in developing attractive and functional packaging designs that align with the brand identity of Lal Sweets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all artwork meets visual, technical, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of packaging concepts and artwork

Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to finalize packaging materials and structures

Make revisions based on feedback from various stakeholders

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and printing specifications

Support in coordinating with external vendors or printing partners when required

Requirements:

Experience or strong understanding of packaging design and artwork creation

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

Knowledge of packaging materials, dielines, and print processes is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and creativity

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Eligibility:

Students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related fields

Prior experience through internships or freelance projects in packaging/artwork design preferred
