Packaging & Procurement Executive

As a Packaging & Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing packaging materials, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with global packaging standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing primary and secondary packaging solutions for product safety and visual appeal. - Collaborating with marketing and design teams to align packaging with brand identity. - Evaluating and selecting packaging materials suitable for different requirements. - Recommending innovative and cost-effective packaging options based on market trends. - Conducting regular packaging performance tests and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Identifying and negotiating with vendors to source high-quality packaging materials. - Ensuring timely procurement and inventory control to avoid production delays. - Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining a database of global suppliers. - Maintaining accurate Bill of Materials, specifications, and artwork approvals. - Ensuring compliance with labeling and export/import regulations. Key Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in packaging development and procurement. - Expertise in primary and secondary packaging processes and materials. - Experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier evaluation. - Understanding of international packaging standards and regulations. - Knowledge of ERP systems. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple packaging projects with attention to detail. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline. - Certification/Diploma in Packaging, Materials Management, or International Trade preferred. - Exposure to export-oriented or regulated industry environments (FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, etc.).,
