Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Development Executive / Senior Executive based in Kolkata. The role involves developing innovative packaging solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting packaging testing, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and overseeing the end-to-end packaging process from concept to production. The individual will also be responsible for reducing packaging costs while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Packaging Development, Packaging Design, and Packaging Testing skills
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Safety Standards
• Project Management and Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
