Holiday Packages Specialist

If you are enthusiastic about travelling and have excellent communication skills, youre perfect for this role. We welcome applicants who have the skills to provide excellent customer service and love to plan fantastic travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

Must have experience in the Holiday domain (International)
Added value (International - Europe & USA)
Very efficient in Holiday Package Costing.
Help clients identify their ideal holiday package based on their suggestions and requirements.
Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as costing, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels worldwide and creating the itinerary.
Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
Reach the sales and revenue targets.
Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal skills with an objective to resolve Customer queries with wow experience;
Must have knowledge of Sales profile and handling Leads;
Good knowledge of Visa Processing & Documentation;
Excellent Comprehension and Convincing skills;
Travel Domain experience is a must.
GDS knowledge
Galileo/Amadeus
