As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

• You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
• Your primary responsibilities include:
• Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
• Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
• Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

• IBM is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of overall experience and proven expertise in multiple implementations across diverse modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, covering multiple modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Planning, etc.).
• Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications as per business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, HR, Technical) to ensure integrated solutions.
• Provide functional expertise, conduct workshops, and deliver user training sessions.
• Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on process improvements and solution optimization.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of overall experience, with atleast 6+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Consulting.
• Strong expertise in multiple Fusion SCM modules such as:
• Procurement
• Inventory
• Order Management
• Product Hub
• Supply Chain Planning
• Self Service Procurement
• Proven track record of working on multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
• In-depth understanding of business processes in supply chain management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, client-facing environments with global teams.
