Roles and Responsibilities Develop new accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth. Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using SaaS products such as PAAS, SaaS Cloud, and Edutech platforms. Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates. Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Marketing) to stay updated on product offerings and market trends. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the education sector or similar industries. Strong understanding of English language proficiency required for effective communication with international clients.
