Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support including managing expense reports, and facilitating effective communication. The role involves coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and managing scheduling and travel arrangements for executives.

Qualifications

Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
Proficiency in office software and familiarity with office management systems
