Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Counsel students and parents about overseas study options, courses, universities, and career pathways.▪️Manage the end-to-end application process, including documentation, application submission, and follow-ups.▪️Provide guidance on admission requirements, eligibility, scholarship opportunities, and financial planning.▪️Conduct telecounseling, walk-in counseling, and online sessions for prospective students.▪️Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student recruitment events.▪️Maintain student records, pipeline trackers, and regular reporting to management.▪️Ensure high conversion rates by supporting students throughout the admission cycle.Key Skills & Competencies:▪️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.▪️Excellent counseling and presentation abilities.▪️Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.▪️Customer-centric and problem-solving approach.▪️Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Qualifications & Experience:▪️Bachelor’s degree or Master’s.▪️1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling / admissions.▪️Prior experience with student counseling, applications, or visa processes is an advantage.Growth Path:Overseas Student Counselor → Senior Counselor → Team Lead → Manager
