Job Role Overview: As a Visa Immigration Counsellor, your responsibilities will include: Advising and counselling clients on visa processes and requirements for countries such as New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, the UK , and others. Providing guidance on various types of work visas, including skilled worker visas, job seeker visas, post-study work permits , and more. Understanding individual client goals and recommending the most suitable immigration pathways. Converting leads into successful applications by building trust and delivering clear, accurate information. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales or visa counselling or immigration advisory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong advantage. A goal-oriented mindset—our attractive incentive structure rewards strong performance and conversions. Key Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Branch Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the immigration office/branch. Ensure all processes (consultation, documentation, application submission) run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain records and ensure timely processing of applications. 2. Team Leadership Supervise and manage a team of immigration consultants, case officers, and support staff. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations. Generate regular reports on the number of applications submitted, interviews arranged, and outcomes. 7. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure that all job applications comply with international labor laws and client visa or work permit eligibility. Perform quality checks to ensure applications are error-free, professional, and accurately represent the client's qualifications.
