Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities1. Research and Market Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth research on international job markets, labor demands, and skill shortages in target countries.
  • Identify client-relevant occupations and understand eligibility requirements, including certifications, licenses, and experience.
  • Analyze job trends and hiring practices in specific industries and regions.

2. Job Application Submission

  • Prepare and submit job applications on behalf of clients to various platforms such as:
  • Job portals (e.g., Indeed, Monster, Job Bank Canada, SEEK)
  • LinkedIn job postings
  • Employer websites and career pages
  • Ensure applications are tailored to each job posting and meet employer expectations and international standards.

3. Resume and Documentation Management

  • Assist in reviewing and refining clients’ CVs/resumes and cover letters to align with country-specific formats and employer preferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, portfolios, and profiles for each client for quick and accurate submissions.

4. Online Profile Optimization

  • Create and manage LinkedIn profiles for clients to improve visibility and engagement with potential employers.
  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize keywords in profiles and resumes for higher discoverability.

5. Communication and Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for job applications.
  • Communicate with employers or recruiters to follow up on submitted applications and build relationships for future opportunities.

6. Reporting and Tracking

  • Maintain an internal database or tracking sheet to record all applications, responses, and feedback.
  • Generate regular reports on the number of applications submitted, interviews arranged, and outcomes.

7. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all job applications comply with international labor laws and client visa or work permit eligibility.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure applications are error-free, professional, and accurately represent the client's qualifications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of international labor markets and employment regulations
  • Proficient in using job portals and professional networking platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of job applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
