Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the immigration office/branch.
- Ensure all processes (consultation, documentation, application submission) run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain records and ensure timely processing of applications.
2. Team Leadership
- Supervise and manage a team of immigration consultants, case officers, and support staff.
- Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Allocate tasks and ensure productivity targets are met.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Handle high-priority or complex client cases.
- Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Resolve client complaints and issues effectively.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and policy.
- Monitor quality control and application accuracy.
5. Sales & Business Development
- Meet branch sales targets for visa and immigration services.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies (seminars, partnerships, social media).
- Identify new business opportunities and build client acquisition strategies.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports for head office on branch performance.
- Coordinate with other branches, legal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with immigration authorities or embassies as needed.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in immigration services or consultancy; leadership experience Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and visa categories
