Job Description

The Regional Recruitment Manager position at MSM requires a highly skilled and organized individual with expertise in International Student Recruitment within the international education sector. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, marketing the university in the assigned region, generating customer leads, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. The successful candidate must establish positive relationships with counselors and education consultants, hold presentations and seminars, and implement digital strategies for student recruitment. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
