Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Overseas Agent Coordinator/Manager. The role is an on-site position located in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include coordinating with international agents, managing freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely and efficient customs clearance, and handling communication with clients and partners. Additionally, the role requires overseeing documentation, compliance, and logistics planning to ensure smooth operation of international shipments.

Qualifications

Experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Management
Skills in International Agent Coordination and Client Communication
Proficiency in Documentation and Customs Clearance Processes
Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
Strong Organizational and Planning Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field is preferred
