End-to-End Student Management: Own and manage a portfolio of students from the first counseling session to successful enrollment. Conduct onboarding, regular check-ins, and ensure overall satisfaction and success.
Expert Counselling & Guidance: Develop in-depth knowledge of global MBBS programs, eligibility criteria, admission processes, documentation, and exam requirements (NEET, IELTS, etc.).
Relationship Building: Build and nurture trusted relationships with students and parents as their go-to guide throughout the MBBS abroad journey.
Application & Admission Tracking: Coordinate with internal teams to monitor and track each students application progress, ensuring timely submission and resolution of any bottlenecks.
Post-Admission Coordination: Liaise with the Visa, Documentation, and University Relations teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer to enrollment.
Sales & Conversion Strategy: Implement effective outreach and sales strategies to drive student conversions and consistently achieve intake targets.
A graduate or MBA degree in business, management, psychology, or a related field. 15 years of experience (experience in education counseling, study abroad, or ed-tech preferred).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a student-first approach.
Excellent research and presentation abilities.
