Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Development Manager. The role is hybrid, based in Vadodara with some work from home flexibility. The Outside Sales Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, sales, sales management, and business development activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing and negotiating sales contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Development skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the garment or uniform industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
