Outlet Operations Manager

You will be joining Subko, a company dedicated to reimagining, redesigning, and reinventing the Indian Subcontinent as a significant contributor to the global specialty coffee, craft baking, and pod-to-bar chocolate making movements. All coffee, bakehouse, and cacao products at Subko are created from scratch in-house, ensuring a detailed and high-quality experience for all guests. As an Outlet Operations Manager based in Mumbai, your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth outlet operations by managing inventory, cleanliness, operation hours, and company infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining log books, managing petty cash and bank deposits, and coordinating with the city lead for inventory procurement. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day operations, design growth strategies, set goals, maintain budgets, optimize expenses, establish policies and processes, and ensure employee productivity and professional development. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar executive role, with expertise in planning, budgeting, business processes, and functions. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with problem-solving aptitude. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required.
