Outbound Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and ensure a high-quality customer experience for Flebo.in’s diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound queries related to diagnostic tests, health packages, and lab services
• Explain test details, pricing, offers, and booking process clearly to customers
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting daily and monthly targets
• Ensure accurate customer details and proper call remarks in the CRM/system
• Coordinate with customer care, lab operations, and logistics teams when required
• Share payment links and assist customers with successful payment completion
• Maintain professional call etiquette and high customer satisfaction
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate (minimum 12th pass)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Prior tele sales / call center / inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to handle objections and closures confidently
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
