Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Telemarketer located in West Delhi. The Outbound Telemarketer will be responsible for cold calling potential clients to generate leads, scheduling appointments, and answering customer inquiries. Daily tasks include crafting persuasive outreach messages, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also involves achieving targeted sales and appointment goals, as well as following up with prospects to ensure successful conversion.

• Proven experience in Sales and lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in the Solar PV or mortgage refinance sector is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or a related field is a plus
