Job Description

An outbound telemarketer is responsible for making proactive calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Key duties include following sales scripts, handling objections, generating leads, closing sales, maintaining accurate customer records, and meeting sales targets. This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, persistence, and familiarity with CRM software.

Telemarketing responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to present products/services.

Follow prepared sales scripts and handle customer objections.Generate, qualify leads, and close sales deals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.

Collaborate with sales teams to refine sales strategies.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,696.54 - ₹27,967.27 per month
