Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Telemarketer to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong phone presence, and prior experience in international outbound calling. You will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team in growing the business.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects (primarily US-based businesses).
• Introduce our services, handle objections, and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and activities in CRM.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound international sales, SDR, or telemarketing preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
• Ability to work in US business hours (night shift IST).
• Must be comfortable with a work-from-office role in Mohali.
• Familiarity with CRM tools/software is an advantage.
