Outbound Telemarketer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive International Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with international clients over phone calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Deliver sales pitches, presentations, and handle customer objections effectively.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure smooth sales execution.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in international telesales, with demonstrated success in export sales (natural stones industry preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with international markets, export processes, and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location - Monti Nagar, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
