Outbound Sales Intern

As an Outbound Sales Intern at PhysicsWallah (PW) in Vadodara Vidyapeeth, you will play a vital role in engaging potential students through meaningful conversations about our educational courses and programs. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to leads, communicate the value of enrolling in PhysicsWallah's courses, and maintain accurate lead records. This internship is full-time, on-site, lasting for 3 months from Monday to Saturday, with a monthly stipend of 15,000. PhysicsWallah (PW) is dedicated to transforming the education sector by providing affordable, accessible, and engaging learning opportunities to students across India. We are looking for proactive individuals fluent in Gujarati, passionate about education, and adept at verbal and written communication to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Engage potential leads in conversations regarding our educational offerings. - Assist prospective students in understanding the benefits of enrolling in PhysicsWallah's courses. - Maintain an up-to-date lead database with accuracy. - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospects have the necessary information for decision-making. - Collaborate with the admissions team to monitor lead progress and facilitate conversions. Requirements: - Proficiency in spoken and written Gujarati to effectively communicate with local prospects. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about education. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory. - Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
