Location: Teleperformance Plot No : 96-97, Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon, sector 18 Landmark opposite to airtel building and Seva tower (Nearest Metro Station MG Road) Key Roles: Handle outbound sales for a highly premium credit card product Interact directly with high profile and elite customers Represent the brand with professionalism and polished communication Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to pitch premium credit card offerings. communicate fluently and confidently in english at all times Explain product features and benefits and exclusive services clearly Maintain records in CRM and achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Address customers Queries with clarity and professionalism. Key Requirements: Excellent spoken english with clear and confident communication skills. Fluency and professionalism in handling high profile customer conversation.
