Job Description

Salary : 15K - 20K (Based on experience and skills) Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and past customers on a daily basis • Present product/service benefits clearly and persuasively • Identify customer needs, objections, and buying signals during calls • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM • Convert qualified leads into sales closures • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets • Follow good communication frameworks, and product knowledge • Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, dispatch, and support • Provide insights on customer feedback, objections, and pitch improvements Requirements • 1–2 years of outbound calling / tele-sales experience preferred • Strong communication skills in Telugu. Good if knows English and Hindi. • Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals confidently • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM tools
