As a Sales Executive in our company, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, providing consultative selling, building strong relationships, managing the sales process, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, meeting sales targets, providing regular reports, and continuously learning and growing in the field of advertising sales. It is expected that you adhere to ethical practices and compliance guidelines at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients within specific market segments, industries, and geographical regions to generate new business leads. - Understand clients" business goals and challenges to offer customized advertising solutions aligned with their needs. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, actively engaging in client communications and exploring upselling opportunities. - Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely documentation using the company's CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive advertising solutions that deliver exceptional results. - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently, contributing to the company's overall growth. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to highlight achievements and potential areas for improvement. - Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions. - Adhere to the company's code of ethics and compliance guidelines throughout all sales activities. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
