About the Role: This full-time, on-site position as a Sales Specialist at Adcrest, situated in Bengaluru, JP Nagar, requires you to engage with clients, offer exceptional customer service, and boost sales. Your responsibilities will involve handling client inquiries, establishing and nurturing relationships, providing sales training, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in specified market segments, industries, and regions. Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate new business leads. Consultative Selling: Comprehend clients" business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals. Propose personalized advertising solutions that meet clients" requirements, adding value through your comprehensive industry knowledge and awareness of advertising trends. Relationship Building: Foster and sustain strong relationships with current clients, serving as a reliable advisor and primary contact. Actively participate in client communications to collect feedback, address issues, and explore opportunities for upselling. Sales Process Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle, starting from initial contact and needs evaluation to creating proposals, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities using the company's CRM system. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in advertising. Utilize this knowledge to derive actionable insights and stay ahead of market changes. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams, such as marketing, creative, and account management, to devise comprehensive advertising solutions aligned with clients" objectives and delivering outstanding outcomes.
