Role: OTT WABA - Tech Support Shift Engineer Job Location : Mohali Roles and Responsibilities End-to-end WABA onboarding in coordination with BSP, clients and internal Sales team in line with Turnaround Time. Monitor WABA platform operations, ensuring system stability, performance. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for WABA related issues, coordinating with BSPs and internal teams as needed. Responsible for CRMs integrations with WABA services. Respond to alerts, incidents and service requests related to WABA services. Work in a shift-based rotation to provide continuous monitoring and support to customers. Experience & Skillset Required B. Tech (CSE or IT) or BCA, and an additional internship in a similar field will be good. 1+ year of experience in telecom messaging platforms, WABA, RCS or SMS services is required. Decent knowledge of WABA operations, protocols (HTTP APIs), and messaging standards. Knowledge of WABA solutions and APIs. Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends if + when needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a professional eco-system.
