Job Overview:

OTM & GTM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

OTM & GTM Configuration & Administration:

Configure
OTM & GTM modules
, including
Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract & Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Financials, Trade Compliance Management, and Trade Management
.

Create and manage
Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screensets, Manager Layouts, Workbenches, and User Preferences
.

Set up
export/import functionalities for CSV, XML, JSPX, and XSL (Style Sheets)
.

Perform
project migration, account policy configuration, user role assignment, and business monitoring
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise in OTM & GTM (Cloud Application)

Process Standardization & Best Practices:

Develop

standards and processes

for OTM & GTM implementation and maintenance. Enforce and encourage

compliance with best practices

for system configurations and integrations.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Coordination:

Gather customer requirements and

analyze supply chain business needs

. Create

functional specifications

and collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate implementation. Prepare

test data, conduct internal testing, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)

. Manage

go-live, post-production support, and related documentation

. Coordinate with

business stakeholders, internal teams, and cross-functional departments

Financials & Integration:

Define and configure

Invoice Approval Rules, Match Rule Profiles, and other financial workflows

. Integrate

OTM & GTM with other modules

such as

JDE, SOA, EDQ, and other enterprise applications
