Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as subject matter expert in OTM/TMS (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility).
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into system configurations.
Lead UAT and go-live activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities using TMS features.
Collaborate with IT teams on integrations (ERP, WMS, supply chain systems).
Provide training and support to users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering/IT.
5+ years in OTM/TMS (design, configuration, testing).
Strong process knowledge in logistics/transportation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management.
Familiar with analytics/reporting in OTM/TMS.
Agile exposure.
